Control your Captured Voice data
Our agent controls, within the Red Box Workstation Client, provide optional client-side features to help control data that is being captured for each conversation. PCI Suppression capabilities allow call audio and screen capture to be suppressed during payment transactions to ensure that sensitive details are not recorded.
Agents can add annotation details or new information such as ‘consent to’ record at point of capture using our call annotation capability. Clients can choose to only record calls on demand, ensuring they don’t capture information they don’t need, or shouldn’t have.
