The awards are uniquely designed to recognise providers who are creatively finding solutions to help with regulatory challenges and span a wide range of regulatory requirements. All entries were reviewed by the advisory board who compiled extensive research including assessing the involvement of the vendor in capital markets, the relevance within the award category and the potential interest of the solution to the RegTech Insight Community. Those shortlisted were then also subject to a public vote to help decide the category winner.
“We are delighted that our cross-platform readership of over 20,000 senior technology officers and data specialists clearly rated Red Box, as the Best Voice and Mobile Recording Solution in a very competitive field. We congratulate them on their prestigious RegTech Insight Award win," said Angela Wilbraham, CEO of A-Team Group, which hosts the RegTech Insight Awards.”
Regulatory requirements mean that many organisations need to keep voice records of all their services, activities and transactions that they undertake. Organisations must also be able to provide this information to the regulator on request alongside compulsory retention for defined periods of time, plus retrieve and reconstruct each stage of transactions.
Red Box ensure capture communications from over 55 new or legacy telephony, UC, mobile, trading, radio or contact centre platforms with the audio, rich metadata and a transcribed text representation of conversations easily stored on-premise, in the cloud, or with compliance archiving and AI/analytics partners to adhere to specific regulatory requirements. The award submission also included the newly patented Quantify Insight application and Quality of Recording (QoR) and Daily System Check (DSC) functionality which provide confidence that all voice communications are being captured and stored securely in line with regulatory requirements.
“Red Box works closely with Financial Services organisations, providing resilient capture of enterprise wide voice, supporting compliance obligations and also providing voice data sovereignty so that true business value can be leveraged from this data set,” comments Richard Stevenson, Red Box CEO. “It’s great to receive recognition of our open platform for voice by both the RegTech Insight advisory board and customers, partners and the wider industry alike and this is testament to the great work being done by the Red Box Team.”
