Red Box to showcase its Voice Data Controller application for Salesforce® at Dreamforce 2018

We recently announced the launch of our Voice Data Controller application onto the Salesforce AppExchange™ and we are really excited to be at Dreamforce 2018 from 25th-28th September in San Francisco.

We’ll be on booths 1647 and 1829 with a live demonstration of our Lightning™ Ready Voice Data Controller application which enables organisations to import into Salesforce the audio and accurate transcripts of calls captured from over 55 UC and telephony platforms (PBX, UC, trading and call center solutions, as well as radio, mobile and meetings) ensuring complete visibility of customer interactions from across the business. 

We’ll be showcasing what the application enables organisations to do and the enormous potential value of making enterprise wide voice data sets available within the Salesforce platform. This includes providing additional insight, as well as fact verification, investigation, performance management and reporting functionality, whether that’s for sales, marketing or customer service teams.

The Voice Data Controller supports automatic assignment of calls and transcripts to a lead, account or contact record and users can then search and replay. In addition, the rich metadata fields can be used for analysis using native Salesforce reports and dashboards.
