Covid-19 | Business Continuity Plans

In light of recent announcements relating to the spread of Covid-19 (Coronavirus) and the implementation of social distancing policies, we have already taken steps to extend remote access to our Head Office by increased numbers of our staff. We are also fully prepared to extend these plans as they become necessary and therefore remain confident we can minimise business disruption and deliver continuity of service to our clients. A large number of our team are already operating remotely using a range of collaboration tools and continue to work successfully and closely with colleagues, clients and partners.  

Where we have planned to carry out work with you onsite, we will work with you during project planning to define the best course of action at this point. 

The health of our staff, clients and partners is of utmost importance and we continue to follow latest advice from Public Health England (PHE) and the Government.

As you implement your own Business Continuity Plans, we are on hand to ensure you take full advantage of the flexibility of your Red Box solution to meet your compliance and business recording requirements:

Recording Homeworkers

Your existing licenses can be also be used for remote softphone or hardphone extensions for any team members working from home. Please note: calls forwarded to mobiles may not record extension-side

  • Download the Red Box Administrator Guide for general licensing configuration information
  • Some telephony platform specific technical support may be required for remote working, in particular where you are looking to take advantage of new call flows and scenarios for remote working. In the first instance please contact your Account Manager for help in determining next steps.

Rapid upscaling

With many contact centres and control rooms seeing an increase in call volumes, you have the ability to flex-up if required and deploy additional agents within the framework of your current concurrent licensing model.

We are also launching a new Business Continuity Package on a per user subscription basis and with no minimum contract term to help support short term deployments of new installs.
