Purpose of Role

Reporting to the Director of Product and Marketing Operations, this role is responsible for the management of the Red Box partner proposition portfolio which is embedded into and enhances the overarching Quantify and Conversa capture platforms propositions.

This highly collaborative role will see you working cross departmentally with key stakeholders to ensure business-readiness for these exciting partner propositions in support of commercial and operational delivery. Working collaboratively with internal departments, you will support go to market efforts and ensure relevant end to end internal processes and customer positioning is defined to support the launch and ongoing management of each partnership proposition, and to track that Red Box is meeting its operational obligations in relation to customer and partner agreements.

You will forge strong relationships with Partners to ensure that BAU processes remain current, to understand the partner roadmap and identify both opportunities for Red Box customers to access new partner features and upgrade requirements and feed these into the Red Box product roadmap.


About You

You have a background in managing, onboarding and launching technology partners propositions. You are skilled in terms of partner relationship management. You have significant experience in running internal projects, requiring you to co-ordinate multiple internal stakeholders to deliver against a common goal. You have experience of defining, implementing and maintaining business processes.

You have excellent stakeholder management skills and will have the confidence to proactively manage vendor and internal stakeholder deliverables to ensure timely delivery of partner related projects.


Primary Responsibilities

  • Lead on proposition delivery planning and governance of proposition delivery.
  • Act as the principal point of contact for embedded proposition partners.
  • Own and run the internal partner onboarding and in life management processes to ensure that all relevant end to end internal processes and systems are updated to accommodate the new partnership for launch and on an ongoing basis.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business including Legal, Service Delivery, Finance, Licensing, Product Management, Project Management, Sales and Marketing to ensure workstreams are owned and completed in line with project plans.
  • Review the Partner Propositions portfolio on a regular basis and in response to changing market requirements, partner-driven changes and in line with the company strategy.
  • Maintain knowledge of the partner product roadmaps to gain insight into features of value to the Red Box customer base and to identify obligations on Red Box to upgrade.
  • Keep the business informed of any impacting changes and make data driven recommendations on the actions required.
  • Provide guidance to relevant teams on the migration or upgrade of customers aligned to partner propositions and track feedback on progress and issues seen. Support resolution and mitigation of any issues.
  • Understand any partner certification processes and obligations.
  • Facilitate the setup of internal test labs and coordinate testing where required including obtaining costs and internal approvals, raising orders for equipment.
  • Work with the Product development team to schedule any required development or certifications work.
  • Work with the Partner Product Teams to deliver sales enablement materials and working with the Red Box Marketing Team to support the pipeline development aligned to the partner proposition portfolio.
  • Support Red Box Account Management and technology partners on major sales opportunities.
  • Understand any reporting, licensing and billing-related obligations and work with the appropriate teams to ensure these are address.

What we value

  • At least 2 years technology Partner relationship and Partner Proposition onboarding experience
  • Strong project execution skills in leading a project independently from initial idea to full implementation
  • Demonstrable ability to interact with and co-ordinate internal stakeholders to deliver on a shared goal
  • Strong relationship and stake holder management skills with the ability to represent Red Box externally
  • Senior level written and oral communication
  • A background in speech analytics, voice recording, or telecommunications is a bonus
