The Role:

The Projects Team at Red Box plays a vital role in delivering a first-rate quality of service to all customers. The role will require a high-level of professionalism as there will be frequent customer interactions; the role also includes being the central point of contact for generation and maintenance of licenses across the business. Attention to detail will be vital to ensure that products purchased are correctly licensed. As an individual you will be integrating into the company as part of a collaborative team that offers support, shares knowledge and contributes to continuous process improvement.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Initial point of contact for all new orders, and central point of contact for all incoming communication into the Project Office department.
  • Regularly contact customers on the progress of projects.
  • Supporting the administration of engineer schedules within ServiceNow.
  • Log and work on Licensing tasks as required; such as creating and amending licenses, customer queries, and setting customer expectations.
  • Supporting the sales order process and prioritising Licensing in-line with revenue requirements.
  • Effectively troubleshoot Licensing related problems and work with Account Managers and customers to plan and implement resolutions.
  • Manage and track License documentation in the ServiceNow customer relationship management environment and relevant file shares.
  • Installation tracking in terms of new deployments.
  • Work with the COO to manage and improve sales process documentation.
  • Work in a timely manner to ensure the objectives of the day are completed and any risk to non-completion is communicated.
  • Integrate with the whole company and communicate well.

Qualification:

While no specific qualifications are required for this role, experience of working within an office environment and being qualified by experience will be a benefit. All necessary training will be given.
