It’s a very exciting time in the company’s growth and as a Production Administrator you can be a big part of ensuring our continued success on the global stage in which we operate.
Departmental Description
The Build department at Red Box is instrumental in delivering high quality products to end customers and providing additional support to customers where hardware is involved. The Build department integrates tightly with the IT team to provide support to the internal user base as and when required
Role Description
We are seeking a Production Administrator who has drive, customer relationship skills, passion for technology and the ability to plan effectively. The role represents a unique opportunity for the right candidate to make their mark in an ambitious and successful business.
To ensure the production of hardware recorders for orders in timely manner. Maintain stock at agreed levels and carry out stock takes. Support staff in their day-to-day use of IT systems.

This role reports to Head of Information Technology
Primary Responsibilities

Maintaining Stock levels.
Production of Recorders with agreed time frames for shipping.
Maintaining ISO9000/27001 checks within ISO standards.
Keeping IT tickets with set SLA.
