Installed on just one server, or virtualised, our recorder can capture analogue, digital, mobile, radio and IP telephony communications, as well as video, IM, and PC screens. We capture from 50+ UC and telephony platforms making us the most connected recording solution on the market.

We have our own range of applications allowing customers to get the most out of their recorded communications (Search and Replay, Live Acquire, Event Reconstruct, Quality Management, PCI Compliance), while our open API architecture allows integration with business systems such our archiving, analytics or CRM partners, delivering valuable insights to our customers from the data captured.

In this role you will develop core product positioning and messaging for key product developments (whether that’s new feature developments within the Red Box Recorders platform or joint propositions with integration, vendor or global strategic partners) considering value proposition, target audiences and verticals, competitive landscape and other factors.

You will create go-to-market plans, collaborating closely with Product Management, Operations and Commercial teams, Marketing and Sales to determine and deliver effective launch strategies, including rollout sequencing, creative asset development, and communication goals to best drive awareness, engagement and drive lead generation activity through sales enablement.


Bachelor's Degree in a technical, marketing, or business discipline or equivalent practical experience


  • Construct and deliver the product go-to-market plans in line with the product roadmap and marketing strategy to include positioning, construction of joint propositions with strategic partners, pricing influence and verticalised messaging
  • Create and own all product marketing materials including product sheets, web content, sales enablement collateral
  • Conduct and maintain market and competitor research to inform product development and the go-to-market functions
  • Devise and drive upsell and cross sell opportunities within our end user base both directly and via our reseller channel, in partnership with the Channel Marketing Executive
  • Contribute to the Marcomms plan through content that optimises the RBR website and feeds into B2B marketing campaign tactics whether via our reseller/partners or through our own marketing platforms such as social media, email marketing etc.
  • Localise campaign and communication assets for country markets
  • Proactively identify and manage dependencies with other teams and evangelise internally
  • Key partners: Product Director, Product Manager, Technical Writer, Channel Marketing Executive, Regional sales leads and marketing roles


  • 5 years’ experience in product marketing preferably in the telecoms/IT sector;
  • Proven success in creating and delivering B2B go-to-market strategies, that support revenue growth targets through sales enablement, building awareness and lead gen campaigns;
  • Knowledge and experience of operating in a channel/partner ecosystem;
  • Experience collaborating with and influencing cross-functional teams;
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills experience;
  • Strong copy writing skills;
  • Proven experience in B2B or B2C marketing;
  • Experience communicating to internal and external audiences;
  • Intermediate to advanced user of MS Office tools;
