About the role

In this new role you will be a key part of a busy and energetic team that are driving the Red Box market positioning and delivering marketing activities that raise awareness and stimulate demand around our both own platform capabilities and the business outcomes we enable through our partner ecosystem.

You will be responsible for a range of activities, including close involvement with the product launch process and go to market plans and working with our channel to drive joint marketing activities.

 

Reporting line

Reports into the Head of Marketing.

 

Primary responsibilities

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Working closely with the Product Marketing Manager to plan and coordinate product launch activity, targeting both internal and external audiences
  • Manage the production of marketing and campaign materials to support GTM, proposition adoption, upsell and cross sell activity to both the end user and partners audiences
  • Copywriting and content creation, providing input on thought leadership and campaign concepts
  • Devise and execute a channel marketing communications plan to drive increased engagement with Red Box resellers globally, including the management of reseller contact databases
  • Work with our reseller channel to design and execute joint marketing campaign activity to help drive lead gen. and report on ROI and administer the Red Box Marketing Development Fund (MDF) Programme
  • Event and sponsorship logistics
  • Ensure the marketing content on both the internal and external GTM SharePoints are kept up to date

Qualifications

  • Educated to degree level in Marketing, Business or other relevant discipline
  • Other relevant marketing qualifications (desirable)

Skills & Experience

      Essential

  • Previous experience (2-4 years) in a B2B marketing role
  • Channel marketing experience, preferably in the telecoms/IT sector
  • Experience of and proven success in designing and delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns to deliver against KPIs
  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools
  • Events coordination experience
  • A solid understanding of the production process around marketing materials
  • Excellent communicator with good copywriting, proof reading and project management skills
  • An ability to create content with an element of design so a working knowledge of MS Office tools
  • A willingness to learn and to proactively seek information and input  
  • Outgoing, positive and driven with the ability to build collaborative relationships with multiple stakeholders across the business and externally, often on a remote basis

  • Design and/or video production skills
  • Sector/industry awareness

 

Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) 

The key objectives of the role are:

  • To deliver high quality sales enablement and marketing materials against production deadlines to support both our internal sales teams and our reseller channel
  • Ensure product launch. roll out activity and campaign activities meet agreed deadlines and maximise audience engagement
  • Optimise the Red Box investment in any events or sponsorship opportunities to drive, report and track lead generation activity and timely management of the logistical elements of our participation
