Project Delivery Office
The project office manages the requirements, scope and priorities to deliver our solutions globally. A member of the team is allocated to each project to oversee planning, organisation and delivery within the set timeframe.
Development & QA
Our development team is responsible for delivering our core capture platform, all the associated applications and integrations, ranging from recorder and phone health-checks to the Search and Replay functionality, to integrations with partners to unlock the value of voice, and everything in between.
Channel Account Management, Sales & Marketing
With over 350 resellers globally, this team is dedicated to ensuring the continued growth of our core channel business. They ensure our resellers have everything they need to meet joint growth objectives and to achieve mutual success.
